SAMR PLUS model (SAMR+)

I always believed the SAMR and TPACK models could be harmonized into a much more efficient model combination of their complementary goals. SAMR focuses more on the outcomes when using technology for learning and not necessarily the pedagogical structure. While TPACK focuses on the pedagogical structure and content with little emphasis on learning outcome when using technology. The SAMR plus (SAMR+) model brings in the best of both worlds pedagogy, content and technology in a hierarchical manner. In order to provide an assessment rubric for teachers and learners to determine the outcomes of how they implement technology during teaching and learning with much balance on their perspectives.
